Terms of Use

What Stadion.tj is, how booking works and what each side is responsible for.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. What Stadion.tj is

Stadion.tj is an online marketplace where venue owners publish free hours and players book them. We bring the two sides together and keep track of bookings.

The rental itself is a contract between you and the venue owner. Stadion.tj does not rent out venues, does not provide sports services and is not a party to that contract.

2. Payments go straight to the owner

You transfer the deposit to the venue owner yourself — to the card or wallet they listed. Then you upload a screenshot of the transfer and the owner confirms the booking.

Stadion.tj does not accept payments, is not a payment agent and does not store bank card details. Money never passes through us.

3. Your account

  • Sign up with an email and password, or through Google.
  • Use a real name and contacts: the venue owner will reach you through them.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done under your account.
  • An account can be blocked for breaking these terms: fake bookings, abuse in chat, forged payment screenshots, review manipulation.

4. How a slot is booked

  • You pick a venue, a date and one or more consecutive hours.
  • The slot is held for you for 10 minutes — enough time to transfer the deposit and upload the receipt. Miss it and the hold is released automatically, and the hour goes back on sale.
  • Once the receipt is uploaded, the booking reaches the owner. They either confirm it or decline it with a reason.
  • A confirmed booking counts as completed after the game. The deposit goes towards the rental price — the final settlement happens at the venue.

5. Cancellation

An unpaid hold can be abandoned at any moment — it expires on its own anyway.

A paid or confirmed booking can be cancelled by you no later than 3 hours before the game starts. Closer to the start — only through the owner: otherwise they lose an hour they can no longer sell.

The owner may cancel a booking on their side, stating a reason. You can see that reason in the booking card.

6. Reviews

A review can only be left for a booking that was confirmed and actually took place. One review per booking, within 30 days of the game. Offline bookings entered manually by the owner cannot be reviewed.

This is a technical restriction, not after-the-fact moderation: leaving a review for a venue you never played at is simply not possible.

We do not write reviews ourselves, do not order them and do not delete negative reviews for being negative. A review is removed only for abuse, spam, third-party personal data or clear factual falsehood.

7. Content you upload

  • By uploading venue photos you confirm that you have the right to use them: you took them yourself or got the rights holder’s permission.
  • Do not upload other people’s photos from the internet, shots with recognisable people without their consent, or images that misrepresent the state of the venue.
  • By uploading content you allow us to display it on the site and in search results. The rights to the content itself stay with you.
  • We take material down on a justified rights holder complaint.

8. Liability

We are responsible for running the site and for handling the data you gave us correctly.

We are not responsible for the condition of a venue, the quality of its surface, the behaviour of an owner or other players, or the settlement between you and the owner — including the deposit refund.

A dispute can be raised with support through the complaint form: we look into it and, if needed, act against the venue or the user.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes are announced in the notification feed on the site.
